Hi! My name is Rhian Advincula (pronounced: ree-ann).
I am an aspiring film editor and VFX artist based in Southern California. I graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor's in Informatics (specializing in Human-Computer Interaction) and a minor in Digital Art. Currently, I am working as the VFX Coordinator on Warner Brother Television's "The Flash" airing on CW.
I have always believed in the power of the visual arts. Whether it’s through technology or performance, I am in love with the creation and process of building an aesthetic experience for others. It’s like seasoning life with a little more charm.
On the side, I'm also a Pilipinx cultural dancer with the Los Angeles Theatre Company, Kayamanan ng Lahi. If I'm not editing or performing, I'm most likely either cooking, climbing (rocks and/or silks), or somewhere in Disneyland.
